What is real-time production tracking?
Real-time production tracking lets you monitor machines and collect downtime, causes of stoppages, production times (and much more).
This tracking also provides indicators such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in real time, calculated from reliable data collected and processed directly by the MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Access to this data lets you set your course and strengthen your continuous improvement approach by deploying corrective actions.
