Preventive maintenance that is never forgotten
Describe the job once (parts, labour, procedures, drawings) and choose its trigger: a time period, a counter threshold or fixed dates. Every day, KmMaint scans the schedule and adds the work to the workload plan.
Maintenance requests are entered on a screen designed for non-specialists. The maintenance manager turns them into clear, precise work orders whose reports feed the history.
Spare parts and purchasing under control
KmMaint tracks the spare parts stock of each storeroom, with minimum and maximum reorder quantities, and anticipates the needs of upcoming preventive work.
Purchase requests, orders and receipts follow on: stocked and non-stocked parts, services, supplier prices and references.
A dashboard to run maintenance
Control screens show the state of your maintenance at a glance: red for a malfunction, amber to draw your attention, green when all is well. One click on the line takes you to the detail.
MTBF, MTTR, reliability, availability: maintenance ratios are calculated for you, and your data exports to CSV for your ERP or a spreadsheet.
With KmProd, maintenance in step with production
Linked to KmProd, KmMaint draws on shop-floor data: running hours and stoppages recorded at the workstation feed your preventive maintenance counters and your failure analysis.
