The Meta 2i team took some time out in the magnificent setting of the Maison Valsoyo, in the Drôme. Two days to recharge, laugh, but also take on challenges and work on Meta 2i’s values.
A company made up of developers and engineers, all field experts, has a lot to say on a human level.
A story that is not always written sequentially, like lines of code. We have our little bugs too, and they need to be found.
During this seminar, bonds were reconnected — bonds that recent years may have loosened, but which today, after this seminar, are stronger than ever.

The programme
Journey and lunch
The first morning was a chance to talk during the journey and, once there, to present Meta 2i’s fine figures to the team, along with very ambitious prospects for the future.
Enough to whet the fierce appetite of our developers and sales staff, who duly enjoyed carefully prepared local food under a glorious sun.
A sporty afternoon!
After this hearty meal came the chance to let off steam (to say the least!) in what is — literally — a playground for adults.
Sporting challenges awaited the team, who gave it their all like never before. Skill, balance, strength, determination: everyone pushed their limits, with more or less success depending on the event.
Indeed, some of our lads are built for speed, while others are real cats, swinging from rope to rope as if they had watched too much Tarzan.
Hats off to Claudine, the only woman on the team, who showed the youngsters how to move from tyre to tyre “almost effortlessly”.
Rolls, timed challenges and other trials finished “calming down” our members, who were able to rest a little after these events over a well-deserved snack.
What was on for the evening?
Settling into our rooms: beautiful chalets and rooms, each with its own theme. A real journey for us: some were in Mexico, others in Lapland or Greece. A treat for the eyes and the senses.
After a short break, the action resumed with a barbecue superbly handled by Guillaume, who mastered the cooking like no one else.
The evening ended late over orange juice and glasses of still and sparkling water ^^.
The next morning
After a good night’s sleep, what better than a breakfast with warm croissants? Just the thing to get going and discuss Meta 2i’s brand and values.
