Privacy policy

This page explains which personal data the meta2i.com website collects, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. Last updated: 13 October 2026.

Data collected and purposes

• Contact and demo request form: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), message. To answer your request and, where relevant, present our solutions. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in following up the business relationship.
• Job application form: name, e-mail, position, link to your CV or profile, message. To review your application. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures. No file is uploaded to the website.
• Newsletter sign-up: e-mail address. To send you our newsletter, once you have confirmed your sign-up by e-mail. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every issue.

To prevent abuse, an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for 15 minutes at most. The IP address itself is not stored.

Recipients

Requests are received by Meta 2i’s sales teams and, for applications, by the people in charge of recruitment. They are neither sold nor transferred. Technical processors: o2switch (website hosting, France), Brevo (e-mail and newsletter delivery, European Union) Microsoft (Microsoft 365 e-mail, which receives the requests, European Union) and, with your consent, Google (Google Analytics audience measurement).

Retention

• Contact and demo requests: 3 years from the last exchange, then automatic deletion.
• Applications: 2 years from receipt, then automatic deletion.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

With your consent, given or refused in the banner shown on your first visit, the website measures its audience with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): page views and journeys, in aggregate, using the _ga and _ga_* cookies (2 years). Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set. Google may transfer this data to the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The website uses no advertising cookies. It also sets technical cookies, which are exempt from consent: pll_language, which remembers your language (1 year), m2i_market, which remembers the market chosen on the network home page (1 year), and those that remember your cookie choices (1 year). Some articles embed YouTube videos: they only load with your consent. The links to our LinkedIn and YouTube pages open those services, which apply their own policies. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to commercial@meta2i.com. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
