KmProd was not designed far from production. It matured with the manufacturers who use it, some of them for more than twenty years, and each version builds on what their shop floors have taught us.
As we usually install it ourselves, we quickly hear when a screen gets in the way of the work instead of helping it. And we fix it.
Entered once, right everywhere
Data comes from the PLCs where possible and from the operator where not, on the workstation screen or from any terminal.
It then goes to your ERP, which in turn sends back production orders and routings. In between, nobody re-enters anything.
See the shop floor as it runs
OEE is calculated continuously, every stoppage gets its cause, and the schedule adjusts when a machine stops.
The shop-floor manager no longer waits for the next day’s report to understand the day. They watch it unfold.
Prove what was done
For each batch, KmProd records the material used, the operations, the settings and the checks. You can trace a delivered product back to the cast it came from, or a material forward to everything it was used to make.
