- New user interface: KmProd gets a modernised, more intuitive interface that makes navigation more pleasant for users.
- Artificial intelligence for scheduling: thanks to AI, KmProd now optimises your production schedules, taking real-time constraints into account and improving resource management.
- Redesigned PDCA management: the Plan-Do-Check-Act module has been reworked to make it simpler to set up your continuous improvement actions.
- Optimised SQL BROKER communication: better data exchange performance between systems, for faster and more reliable information management.
KmExtrusion: advanced features for the aluminium extrusion industry
KmExtrusion keeps adapting to the specific needs of the aluminium extrusion industry. This month, new features have been introduced to take process optimisation even further:
- Commissioning of 5 new presses integrated into KmExtrusion, increasing production capacity.
- New coating line handled by KmExtrusion, ensuring precise, automated management of the aluminium profile finishing process.
- Quality department management: a new quality management module tracks critical data in real time and ensures product compliance.
- Metal certificate management: a simpler process for acquiring and managing the certificates of conformity of the metals used, ensuring traceability and compliance.
KmProd web version: flexibility and mobility for your teams
The new web version of KmProd brings key features to meet your teams’ mobility and accessibility needs:
- New design: a visually optimised interface, fully suited to every kind of device (computers, tablets and mobiles).
- Full mobility: KmProd can now be used anywhere, even on the move, with compatibility up to 5G.
- Meeting SaaS needs: KmProd Web is now available in SaaS mode, giving you more flexibility in accessing and managing your data, without the need for a heavy local IT infrastructure.
