A moment of exchange and inspiration, guided by a shared goal: improving their industrial performance with <a href=\"https:\/\/kmprod.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KmProd<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/meta2i.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/06\/Visite-Haulotte-chez-PFS-1024x576-1.jpg\" alt=\"retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience KmProd\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Different worlds, shared challenges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although their industries are different, <strong>the challenges of efficiency, control and digitalisation<\/strong> are the same. The cross-visit allowed the teams to compare their approaches, test their tools against each other and, above all, share their best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> How do you handle product variety?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> What strategy for monitoring production indicators in real time?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> How do you bring operators on board with the digital transition?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KmProd as a catalyst for discussion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the centre of the discussions was our <a href=\"https:\/\/kmprod.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KmProd MES<\/a>.
